Mr. Deepak Kumar Singh

Mr. Deepak Kumar Singh

Founder | Ex-Deputy Commandant, CRPF | International Swimmer | Asian Swimming Championship Medalist

Deepak Kumar Singh started his swimming journey at the age of 7. His dedication and hard work led to numerous achievements in the swimming field. At 16, he was selected for the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), yet continued to create records and win medals in both national and international championships.

Notable Achievements:

  • First swimmer of India who made time of 50 mtr breast stroke below 30 sec barrier that is 29.82 in 2002 at senior National swimming competition Thrissur Kerala
  • Holder of 437 National and International Medals
  • Record Holder at USA Swimming Championship (1994)
  • Participated in short-term and long-term training camps worldwide including Stanford University (1994) and Indianapolis, USA (2001)
  • Competed in countries like Hungary, China, Malaysia, Thailand, Spain, UK, and Australia
  • Best Young Sports Person Award (1995) in U.P.
  • Khel Kirti Award (2004)
  • 32 Years in Swimming Pool Field with extensive experience in pool management, maintenance, and consultancy
Ms. Shweta Singh

Ms. Shweta Singh

Managing Director

The backbone of ASA's operational excellence and athlete well-being systems. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Zoology from Bharati Vidyapeeth, Pune, a Master's degree in Physiology from PSGVP College, Shahada, and a professional certification in DMLT.

From the inception of ASA, Shweta has been deeply involved in athlete welfare, focusing on diet, nutrition, recovery, and physiological balance. She personally supervises pool water quality and manages staff operations, public relations, athlete coordination, and tariff planning.

Currently pursuing PhD in Sports Diet and Nutrition to provide scientifically structured nutritional guidance for ASA athletes toward Olympic gold 2036.

Mr. Kaustubh Vilas Patel

Mr. Kaustubh Vilas Patel

Partner – Strategy, Infrastructure & Growth

An entrepreneur and infrastructure strategist who plays a key role in ASA's structured growth. He holds a Master's degree in Construction Project Management from Birmingham, United Kingdom.

Founder of Padmavati Lawns and owner of two cold storage facilities in Shahada, Maharashtra. His background in event management, venue planning, and safety coordination adds significant value to ASA's event execution.

At ASA, Kaustubh oversees infrastructure development, expansion planning, event execution, branding, digital presence, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring facilities remain athlete-centric and aligned with international standards.
